To deal with all types of payment made to contractors, suppliers & employees, preparation of Budget Estimates, maintaining Annual accounts and Audit of the annual accounts of cantonment board and other account related duties of cantonment board.

5. General Cash Book and bank reconciliation

6. Imprest Register

7. Preparation of Vouchers and bills 8. TDS deductions

Establishment Branch

To deal with entire establishment cases such as appointment, disciplinary cases, service matters, revision of pay scale and correspondence to Command Headquarters/governments.
